Scary Cat is Not a Scaredy Cat

Our very own Scary Cat was very excited for Halloween this year. In fact, he kept his scary mask on for the entirety of Trick or Treating. Once home, he counted his loot -- 16 candies! He ate 3 and then gracefully handed out treats to the rest of the goblins who visited our house. Tomorrow, we head to our dentist to hand over the treats that weren't given out.

World Champs!!!

Ace didn't quite make it to the late innings, but he did a lot of fist pumping and gave plenty of double-claps through seven innings of game 6. He insisted on wearing this Sox shirt to bed and said a quiet "Go, Red Sox," as a Daddy went out to finish coaching the team to the World Series trophy.

Fall Classic

With his BoSox in the process of winning game five of the World Series, Ace picked an appropriate book for his bedtime story. Go Sox!

Community Service

When Colorado was hit by those terrible rains a month ago, one of our our local playgrounds was flooded and subsequently cordoned off with caution tape. The waters have receded and the playground is useable again, but nobody had removed the tape. Enter our Little Community Servant, who took it upon himself to officially reopen the area!

Balloon Artist

We've discovered that Ace isn't so crazy about balloon creations being made for him...but he loves to create his own! At today's local Fun Festival, he requested that the balloon guy just give him a straight balloon. The creature seen here was a Chase original.

Sunflower Farm

Chase holds a brand new kitten at Sunflower Farm in Longmont, CO today. The farm was a children's heaven -- tree houses and old tractors to climb on, animals, sand pit stocked with trucks galore, bikes, scooters, and basketball hoops. We want to live there.
